1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Be returned within the specified return window

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Timeframe

Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving their order.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes

  • Defective products

  • Damaged items

  • Wrong product received

Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.

Product exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during special sales or clearance events

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products marked as non-returnable

  • Items returned in used or damaged condition

For hygiene reasons, certain apparel categories may also be non-returnable.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process after delivery.
