At Vedaar, we do not offer returns once the order has been delivered. Customers may choose to refuse the order at the time of delivery; however, after acceptance, the order is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Please allow 5 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process after delivery.
